Monte-Carlo Residence – Hammam & Outdoor Living
A return to a cherished collaboration, this Monte-Carlo residence invited us to revisit a home we first renovated several years ago. The latest brief focused on refining the wet rooms with a personalised hammam, bespoke bathroom furnishings in locally sourced stone, and layered hand-finished details.
The primary bedroom was re-imagined with a sculpted headboard, custom furniture, and a new lighting architecture to enhance both warmth and intimacy. The living area was revived with curated fabrics, artisan upholstery, and a hand-drawn floor rug, while the outdoor terraces were completely re-furnished to create an open-air living space overlooking the panoramic Mediterranean views.
This project reflects the client’s zest for life and the continuity of a trusted design partnership.

Summer Villa – Côte d’Azur
Set in the hills of Nice, this summer villa was transformed for an international family seeking a seasonal retreat on the Côte d’Azur. The renovation reimagined the main living spaces with custom joinery, bespoke furnishings, curated fabrics, artisan upholstery, and layered art and styling.
Outdoors, the terraces were designed as a seamless extension of the interiors — a relaxed open-air living space for sun-soaked afternoons and evening gatherings. Every detail reflected the brief: a summer haven defined by comfort, practicality, and the ease of South of France living.

Family Apartment – Monte-Carlo
Created for a young creative family, this Monte-Carlo apartment strikes a quiet balance between everyday practicality and a grown-up elegance that never feels too serious. A beloved artwork set the tone for the palette — mineral hues of blue and grey anchored by warm walnut veneer, sculptural lighting, and soft-touch fabrics.
A custom concealed storage wall integrates the media centre while providing generous hidden storage, keeping the space calm and uncluttered. The bespoke floor rug — inspired by the wash of a retreating wave and the pebbles it leaves behind — brings a gentle movement to the room, complemented by playful fabrics and tailored Pierre Frey pieces.
Clean yet tactile, the interiors layer marble, glass, and walnut with deep seating and fabric-clad walls that softly veil the apartment from the fast-paced city beyond.

Family Kitchen – Côte d’Azur
Invited back to a home we know well, this project continued our earlier renovation of the family’s living and outdoor spaces — this time with a new kitchen for their growing household. The brief called for a seamless extension of the vibrant living area: warm, tactile and family-centred.
Key tones from the adjoining rooms were carried through, pairing hand-cut Moroccan tiles with smoked-oak cabinetry and clean quartz surfaces. A refined nod to both classic and contemporary, the cabinetry’s modernised shaker profile brings a quiet elegance, while custom-selected appliances and tailored island seating complete a kitchen designed for lively gatherings and everyday ease.

Penthouse Terrace – Monte-Carlo
Designed for a vibrant, sport-oriented family, this Monte-Carlo penthouse terrace celebrates colour, texture, and ease of outdoor living. The client’s love of bold hues guided the palette, layered with prints, tactile finishes, and natural materials to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
A soft, transparent veil encloses the pagoda, offering both shade and a sense of privacy without closing off the coastal views. The result is a layered outdoor retreat — comfortable, inviting, and perfectly positioned to take in the sweeping Monaco coastline.

Pied-à-Terre Residence – Cote d’Azur
21 Quinton Design was commissioned to transform this two-bedroom apartment into a refined home-away-from-home for a jet-setting client and his young family. The brief called for warmth, texture, and a sense of story — a residence that felt deeply personal, paying quiet tribute to the client’s heritage while embracing his international lifestyle.
The renovation was a complete overhaul, with every element customised: a bespoke dinette designed to anchor the living space, hand-selected fabrics curated throughout, and tailored bed linen to bring a sense of understated luxury. Art sourcing and layered styling completed a retreat that feels both welcoming and quietly distinguished — a space to land and feel at home on the Côte d’Azur.

Six-Bedroom Villa – Côte d’Azur
This full renovation of a six-bedroom villa was designed for an international family seeking a home that is both smart and playful, yet deeply connected to its natural surroundings. The brief called for generous open spaces that feel fluid, complemented by inviting zoned areas that balance function with quiet sophistication.
A neutral palette anchors the interiors, enriched by hand-selected materials and bespoke pieces — from the sculpted staircase and custom entry door to the dining table and living room cabinetry, all crafted by a local artisan. Warm oak became a defining material throughout, bringing a sense of tactility and timelessness to the home.
The result is a residence that feels effortless and cohesive — contemporary in spirit yet attuned to the Côte d’Azur landscape.
